Zachary L. Enstrom, born Hoffman Estates, Illinois, is an Associate in the firm. He concentrates
his practice on banking, credit, and creditors’ rights matters, representing state and national
banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions in a wide range of transactional and
litigation matters.
Zac regularly assists clients with the drafting and negotiation of loan and credit agreements,
security agreements, mortgages, notes, intercreditor and subordination agreements, and
participation agreements for both secured and unsecured financing transactions. His practice
includes loan origination and documentation, ensuring that lending transactions are properly
structured and supported by enforceable collateral instruments.
In addition to transactional work, Zac represents financial institutions in civil litigation involving
mostly creditors’ rights and consumer credit issues. He has experience handling replevin
