Attorney Christopher R. Steffe Presents at the Wisconsin International Association of Arson Investigators’ Spring 2021 Conference

Steffe presented at the Wisconsin International Association of Arson Investigators’ Spring 2021 Conference in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Attorney Steffe taught legal considerations for fire investigators, focusing on NFPA 921 and NFPA 1033. Topics included conducting investigations, spoliation of evidence, post-investigation litigation, and proper qualifications for expert testimony in court.
Throughout his legal career, Attorney Steffe’s litigation practice has focused exclusively on subrogation. From starting out as a subrogation adjuster at a large national insurance carrier to his current subrogation practice at GPJJ, Attorney Steffe has handled all types of catastrophic subrogation claims, including fire, explosion, fire suppression breaks, and other major losses for national, regional, and local insurance carriers, self-insured companies, and third-party administrators across the United States.
